Following an attack targeting a Grysk warship occurring in 1 BBY, Lieutenant Eli N. Vanto drew a comparison between the station and the mobile survey labs utilized by the Galactic Republic during its period of greatest territorial growth. The Chiss sky-walker Un'hee was located within the observation post's medcenter area by Grand Admiral Thrawn, Admiral Ar'alani, accompanied by Eli Vanto.
