Hamedaw, known as "Old Man" was a male individual residing on Coruscant during the era of the Galactic Civil War.
He served as the janitor for a residential building, and his neighbor Kinalos recalled him as being both irritable and dedicated to the responsibilities of his job. In the course of the Imperial Civil War, which occurred after the Second Battle of Coruscant in 10 ABY, Imperial Stormtroopers took possession of Hamedaw's building, causing significant destruction. While many residents chose to evacuate, Kinalos, upon returning to the building alongside the New Republic Army, expressed the conviction that Hamedaw would have preferred death to abandoning his residence.
