This dwelling, situated on Coruscant, was a multi-unit structure providing homes for various residents. During the era of the Galactic Civil War, the Sigus family resided in apartment 2-A, the Sharlson family occupied apartment 2-B, and the Kinalos family lived in apartment 2-C. The building's upkeep was overseen by "Old Man" Hamedaw, who ensured its cleanliness. This building stood on an avenue adorned with tchuspera bushes, in close proximity to Ploover's, a local cantina, and a lyceum that included a playground for younglings.
In the subsequent Imperial Civil War, which unfolded after the Second Battle of Coruscant in 10 ABY, the building and its surrounding area became a major battleground, with Imperial Stormtroopers taking control of the devastated remains. Later, New Republic troops, including a previous inhabitant, drove out the Imperial forces. Shortly after its liberation, the New Republic intentionally set the building ablaze to prevent its reoccupation by Imperial forces.
