Hez ran and was the proprietor of Hez's Droid Market, situated in the Mos Espa Waystation. This waystation is a battle location inside the Grand Arena, which was utilized during the Hunters of the Outer Rim event.
The first reference to Hez occurred in the Star Wars: Hunters video game. Hez's name was integrated into the game through the addition of Hez's Droid Market on the Mos Espa Waystation map in update 0.16.0, initially launched on March 7, 2023.
