In the New Republic Era, it contained impressive gladiatorial arenas, encircled by seating for spectators, and possessed the capability to transform into representations of various places from across the galaxy, for example, Hoth as it appeared during the battle that occurred in 3 ABY.
The competitive combat game Star Wars: Hunters, released in 2024 by Zynga in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, takes place within the Grand Arena.
