Holoscanner

Holoscanners were a form of scanner that could find hazardous or illicit materials without requiring physical inspections of people or freight containers. They saw use in spaceports and heavily guarded zones throughout the galaxy. These sophisticated scanners utilize a combination of sensors, energy receptors, and holoimaging to pinpoint nearly any kind of weapon or prohibited substance. Despite the fact that some uncommon substances, such as cortosis or nightshadow, can avoid being detected, vigilant personnel are on the lookout for these kinds of subterfuges. Holoscanners come in a range of sizes and forms, from compact tools for personal examinations to large-scale equipment built for scanning speeders and other large items. The BAS44 Customs-Grade Holoscanner, HB-2 holoscanner, SecureScan 1500, and 7320/H scanning array were holoscanner models produced by BAS Research & Development, Fabritech, Tagge Corporation, and Neuro-Saav Technologies, respectively.
