Hook Talons

The Hook Talons, a pirate fleet of twenty-eight corvettes and substantial frigates, attacked starships near the Rimma Trade Route in the years leading up to 3643 BBY. Their end came when the Hook Talons engaged the Aurora, a Valor-class cruiser belonging to the Galactic Republic and assigned to patrol the Rimma Trade Route. Despite having more ships, the Hook Talons were no match for the Aurora, which destroyed every single one of their vessels, leading to galactic renown for the Republic cruiser.
