Din Djarin with a hoverturret
A hoverturret was essentially a mobile platform for weapons, utilizing repulsorcraft technology. These platforms, which could be either pushed or ridden upon, often featured turrets like the E-Web heavy repeating blaster cannons. During 9 ABY, a hoverturret was in the hands of a band of Nikto mercenaries located on the isolated desert planet of Arvala-7. However, the Mandalorian bounty hunter named Din Djarin eventually seized control of it, employing its cannon against the very mercenaries who previously possessed it.
