Central Command of the Empire, a sprawling facility, functioned as the principal base of operations for the revived Sith Empire on the world of Corellia while it was under Imperial control during the occupation headed by Darth Decimus.
Occupying the higher floors of the complex was Decimus's Rise, which functioned as the personal workspace for the Sith Lord. Previously the location of Corellia's Trade Tariff Service offices, Decimus—the mastermind behind the invasion who also oversaw Imperial troops on Corellia—set up his command post here in the governmental sector of Coronet City based on the advice of Moff Tarandon. Consequently, the rooms of Darth Decimus's Rise were rapidly transformed into an Imperial stronghold.
