The Inchichtok, a species characterized by sentience and xenophobia, encountered the Galactic Republic for the first time circa 200 BBY. This initial meeting occurred when commander Arnoth Draenell, leading a scout expedition with his crew, stumbled upon an uncharted star system in the Mid Rim, afterward named the Bissillirus system. Despite Draenell's team's aspirations to proceed with their mission, the Inchichtok intervened and brought about their ending, halting their progress.
The roleplaying game resource, Star Wars Gamemaster Kit, originally introduced the Inchichtok in 1991. Bill Smith and Ed Stark authored this sourcebook, which West End Games released to supplement Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.
