Iodized forceps

Iodized forceps functioned as kitchen implements. Their purpose was to aid in the preparation of Smapp by extracting it from the oven after cooking.

Behind the scenes

Within a single-page culinary instruction guide titled "Cooking a Smapp," authored by Bob Carrau for the 1993 volume Monsters and Aliens from George Lucas, iodized forceps found their mention. This book served as a compilation of conceptual artwork and photographic material originating from diverse projects helmed by George Lucas. According to Leland Chee, an employee of Lucasfilm responsible for maintaining the Holocron continuity database, the details presented within the book are considered non-canonical.
