Isen IV, located within the Isen system of the Outer Rim, was a rocky, airless asteroid. This asteroid was one of the five moons orbiting the proto-gas giant known as Isen. Approximately 500 Humans resided in its tunnel systems, alongside non-sapient morvak. In its past, it was home to a Republic settlement overseen by the representative Omana Tragg during the Cold War era, a period of tension between the Republic and the Sith Empire. Later, the Void Demons established their pirate base there.
