Juvaun Kirby, whose birth name is J.J. Kirby (born in Dayton, Ohio, United States in 1974), is an American artist who creates illustrations and pencils for comic books. Kirby was among the pencillers for the second issue of the Star Wars Infinities: Return of the Jedi miniseries from Dark Horse Comics, contributing to the Star Wars universe. He also created two variant covers for Marvel Comics' Star Wars annual covers celebrating Pride Month.
Born in Dayton, Ohio, United States in 1974, J.J. Kirby is also known as Juvaun Kirby. Kirby began his professional career as a comic book illustrator and penciller in 1995. Early artistic influences on Kirby included fellow Star Wars comic illustrators Alan Davis and Arthur Adams. He worked as a penciller on the second issue of the Dark Horse Comics miniseries Star Wars Infinities: Return of the Jedi, which was released on January 28, 2004, with Ryan Benjamin and Dan Norton.

As part of Marvel Comics' Pride Month series of Star Wars variant covers, Kirby illustrated a comic cover for the thirteenth issue of the 2020 Star Wars: Darth Vader series in 2021. StarWars.com announced Kirby's official Pride Month variant cover in an article on March 18, 2021. Kirby's final design was revealed on StarWars.com on May 7 of that year, and it was released on June 23. The comic cover features Vice Admiral Rae Sloane standing on the bridge of a starship with her arms crossed. A flash of yellow is visible behind the Death Star battle station through a window.
Kirby created a variant cover for the twenty-fifth issue of Marvel's Star Wars comic series for Marvel's 2022 Pride Month comic covers. StarWars.com revealed the cover on May 19, 2022, and it was released on July 20 of that year. The artwork by Kirby depicts Larma D'Acy and Wrobie Tyce, who are members of the Resistance, in a loving embrace.
