Jerridan, a Human male, was a Jedi Padawan who served both the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order during the Cold War with the Sith Empire after its reformation.
Following the Great Galactic War and the return of the Sith Empire, Jerridan, a Force-sensitive Human, lived on the Jedi's ancient homeworld of Tython with the rest of the Order, as he was trained in the ways of the Force by the Jedi Order. In an attempt to complete their Trials of Knighthood, he explored the Tythonian Gnarls alongside fellow Padawans Mennaus and Avitla; however, their progress was halted when Flesh Raiders ambushed them and inflicted injuries upon Jerridan. While Avitla and he desired to retaliate against the raiders for the assault, Mennaus emphasized the Jedi code, cautioning against succumbing to anger and violence.
