Jocell, identified as Twin Four, served as a Chiss pilot of the female persuasion. During the Battle of Esfandia, she flew alongside Jagged Fel as one of his wingmates. Her service included stints with both Vanguard Squadron and, for a shorter period, Twin Suns Squadron.
