Karl Kesel, born on January 7, 1959, is an illustrator who provided the artwork for the Jedi Prince series of books aimed at younger audiences.
Kesel, who grew up in Victor, New York, enjoyed reading comic books in his youth. This led him to pursue a career as a cartoonist. Ultimately, he found employment at both DC Comics and Dark Horse Comics.
