Karoll Cilarnus, known as Baron Karoll "The Mad" Cilarnus, was a company owner and a nobleman, most likely from one of the Tapani noble houses.
To defend the Tapani sector against the turmoil of the Great Sith War, the Pelagia Duplex Command Assault Gunship (also known as the "Orphanmaker") was created. Baron Cilarnus greatly admired this vessel and wanted to create a version with double the firepower; in the drive yards, it gained the moniker "Overkill." Due to a string of poor investments that led to his company's receivership, the Baron was never able to pilot the ship. The Moomo Brothers later obtained the vessel and renamed it Moomo Williwaw.
