Kellor, an operative of the Republic Strategic Information Service, was a Human male agent. He collaborated with Senator Evran on the planet Voss during the era of the Galactic War, assisting Havoc Squad in their mission to find the Sith Lord Torius. While pursuing Torius, Kellor's group was detected, resulting in a crash within the Nightmare Lands, after which Kellor suffered a mental breakdown, killing all of his companions. Eventually, Havoc Squad discovered him within the Nightmare Lands, recovering the intelligence he possessed before his death.
