Kelsa Gerro was a female Human officer in the service of the Galactic Republic during the period of the Galactic War.
The Condemned, who were the descendants of prisoners on the planet, mounted an attack on the Republic command center during the Sith Empire's invasion of Belsavis. Kelsa was there when Warden Playt met his end during the assault. Following the successful defense against the attack, Assistant Warden Graal received a promotion, becoming the acting warden.
Subsequently, Kelsa became a member of a Republic strike force tasked with reclaiming a power generator from the Condemned before heading back to base. Following that, the strike team infiltrated a cavern held by both Imperials and the Condemned to discover their objectives. Ultimately, the strike team relayed information indicating the Condemned's intention to utilize a neural disruptor to incapacitate the command center's guards. Armed with this information, Kelsa successfully countered the disruptor's effects, though the reprieve would be short-lived. Kelsa was killed when the Condemned launched their attack on the command center.
