Khreusis

Khreusis, a male Sith Lord from the Human species, served within the ranks of the Sith Empire. During the period known as the Cold War against the Galactic Republic, he absconded with the ancient mask belonging to the Sith Lord Aloysius Kallig and made his home on Korriban within his personal stronghold.

Biography

Having undergone training as a Sith, Khreusis eventually ascended to the position of Sith Lord. He proudly possessed and wore the mask that once belonged to Aloysius Kallig, an ancient Sith Lord. Residing within his fortress situated high in the Valley of the Dark Lords on Korriban, he was confronted by a young Sith apprentice. Initially, Khreusis believed the apprentice had been dispatched by their master, but he soon learned the apprentice was there to reclaim their ancestor's mask, acting on the ancestor's instructions. Upon this revelation, Khreusis threatened to inform Darth Thanaton of the situation. Khreusis then engaged the apprentice in a duel but was swiftly defeated, resulting in the mask's return to Kallig's lineage.

Powers and abilities

Khreusis received instruction as a Sith Warrior, meaning his fighting style leaned heavily on lightsaber combat, even though he was also capable of utilizing certain Force powers like Force lightning. However, his developed abilities were not enough to overcome Kallig's descendant.

Behind the scenes

Khreusis unmasked

Khreusis's character was conceived for the game Star Wars: The Old Republic, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game launched by BioWare on December 20, 2011.

Gameplay alternatives

He is encountered within Lord Khreusis's Stronghold, a fortress located on Korriban. Besides defeating him in combat, players have an alternative option to secure Khreusis as an ally. This requires the use of neutral dialogue options, which leads to Khreusis testing the player by ordering his two apprentices to attack. Once the player prevails, he willingly surrenders the mask, revealing his face in the process.
