The Kontahr sector, a sector situated within the galaxy's Mid Rim, encompassed the planet known as Haidoral Prime. On the eighty-fifth day of the Mid Rim Retreat, the transport corvette Thunderstrike, belonging to Twilight Company, found itself in this sector, having recently left Haidoral Prime after the conclusion of their brief campaign there. Soon after, the Thunderstrike encountered an Imperial reconnaissance squadron within the Kontahr sector, which then initiated a brief battle.
The 2015 novel Battlefront: Twilight Company, authored by Alexander Freed, featured the Kontahr sector.
