Koplin served as a member of the Deadeyes squad, a sniper unit within the Republic Army.
Following the Deadeyes' deliberate capture by the Imperials, Koplin, along with other members of the Deadeyes, was dispatched to a forced labor camp situated on Hoth. Tragically, Koplin succumbed to the frigid conditions and perished.
