Korum, a male Human, held the rank of Master Sergeant within the Imperial Military of the reconstituted Sith Empire throughout the Galactic War. He was present during the invasion of Belsavis, specifically assigned to the Minimum Security Section. His mission involved unlocking the different Rakata vaults located there. However, the attempt to seize vault K-66 resulted in the loss of thirty soldiers due to an assault from the Rakata war droids inside the vault. Consequently, Korum requested assistance from other Imperial forces to deploy reprogramming spikes, with the goal of bringing the droids under Imperial control.
The character of Master Sergeant Korum is featured on Belsavis in Star Wars: The Old Republic, a video game. In the game, he gives Imperial players the quest titled "Catalyzing the Conversion."
