Laria was a Human female who collaborated with the Galactic Republic during the period known as the Cold War.
In the year 3643 BBY, Laria found herself positioned on Taris, a planet left ravaged three centuries prior, together with Tal and Doctor Gatten Edaine. She participated in an exploratory mission tasked with assisting Jedi Master Cin Tykan in a probe of the ruined swampland, now inhabited by rakghouls. Tragically, most of the expedition members perished, leaving only Tykan and a survey team, who had departed before the assault, unscathed. Laria and Tal became confined beneath a substantial piece of wreckage before the arrival of the Barsen'thor. Following the Consular's act of levitating Tal to safety, Laria became the ultimate surviving member of the expedition to be rescued.
