Level 3204 was a sector located on the city-planet of Coruscant. A significant portion of its inhabitants were originally from Alderaan. Following the planet's annihilation by the forces of the Galactic Empire, widespread unrest erupted among the residents, leading to mass arrests by Imperial stormtroopers. Among those who managed to evade capture were Anandra Milon and her younger sibling, Santigo Milon.
During the Galactic Empire's rule, Level 3204 was home to a considerable population of individuals who hailed from the planet Alderaan. Consequently, the residents of Level 3204 observed the Alderaanian celebration known as Coronation Day and imported fruits from their homeworld.
After the Empire destroyed Alderaan, the inhabitants of Level 3204 organized memorials for those who perished, congregating in large numbers within parks and community centers. They created tributes that included handwritten messages, children's playthings, and holocam recordings of the deceased. As more details emerged from both official sources and unofficial news channels regarding Alderaan's fate, the memorials escalated into violent demonstrations, prompting the intervention of Imperial stormtroopers.
Initially, the stormtroopers simply dispersed the crowds, resulting in the deaths of some protestors, including a resident named Reffe, who was at the time vocally denouncing Imperial corruption. The next day, the troopers returned and began arresting people in the streets. The following day, they conducted door-to-door arrests. Two individuals from Level 3204, Anandra Milon and her younger brother Santigo Milon, avoided arrest by concealing themselves within the cleaning compartment of a cleaning droid that regularly serviced their windows. However, their mother remained in their apartment on Level 3204 and opened the door for the troopers. Other residents of Level 3204 at this time included Anandra Milon's uncle, who resided next door to Reffe, and a droid technician who owned an apartment adjacent to the Milon family's.
The first mention of Level 3204 occurred in "One Thousand Levels Down," a short story authored by Alexander Freed and featured in Star Wars Insider 151 during the year 2014.
