Santigo Milon was a human of the male variety. He resided on the planet Coruscant throughout the Galactic Empire's reign. He originated from the world of Alderaan, and his family's residence was situated on Level 3204 of Coruscant.
After Alderaan's destruction, the inhabitants of Level 3204 engaged in riots, prompting Imperial stormtroopers to either arrest or relocate Alderaanians. To avoid being arrested, Santigo and his sister, Anandra Milon, ran away from their home, journeying to multiple levels of Coruscant seeking assistance. Ultimately, he and Anandra arrived on Level 1997, where a Pau'an criminal offered Anandra employment, but she refused, not wanting to leave Santigo by himself. The arrival of Imperial forces then forced the siblings to descend to Level 1996, where Anandra instructed Santigo to continue running while she confronted a stormtrooper. After a Herglic criminal killed the trooper for Anandra, the pair were reunited, and they then proceeded to Level 1782 based on the Herglic's suggestion. Upon reaching that level, they discovered a small, concealed encampment of other individuals fleeing the Empire, and they became part of it.
