A stormtrooper, a male human, served the Galactic Empire on the planet of Coruscant during the Galactic Civil War. Not long after the destruction that befell the planet Alderaan, he came across a couple of Alderaanian refugees on Coruscant's Level 1997 and made an attempt to capture them. The stormtrooper eventually caught up to the older of the two, Anandra Milon, on Level 1996, but following a brief altercation with her, a Herglic criminal threw him from a catwalk, resulting in his death.

This male human was a member of the Imperial Stormtrooper Corps during the time of the Galactic Civil War, and he found himself stationed on the planet Coruscant, the Imperial capital. His arrival occurred shortly after the Empire destroyed the planet Alderaan in 0 BBY. Around 0 ABY, in the days that followed Alderaan's annihilation, stormtroopers under Imperial command on Coruscant initiated a roundup of local Alderaanians residing on Level 3204, detaining them for questioning based on suspicions of their potential connections to the Rebel Alliance.
While patrolling Level 1997, an area known for its disreputable nature, the stormtrooper, accompanied by a member of the Coruscant underworld police, entered an unidentified cantina. Inside, they encountered two Alderaanian child fugitives, Anandra Milon and her younger brother, Santigo, who were evading Imperial authorities. The two children made a hasty retreat from the Imperials, descending into Level 1996, with the stormtrooper giving chase alone. He used a turbolift to reach Level 1996 and discovered Anandra awaiting him on a catwalk. As the trooper approached Anandra, he identified her by name using facial recognition technology, declared her pre-convicted of juvenile noncompliance, and demanded her surrender.
Despite the young girl's initial feigned compliance with the stormtrooper's order, she swiftly disarmed him, causing his blaster rifle to slide across the catwalk, triggering a brief struggle between the two. The trooper delivered two forceful kicks to Anandra's midsection, to which she responded by leaping onto him, successfully knocking off his helmet. Before the trooper could continue his assault, a Herglic criminal, who had trailed the trooper from the cantina, suddenly hoisted him into the air. The Herglic proceeded to hurl the screaming stormtrooper from the catwalk, sending him plummeting to his death in the depths of Level 1995 below.
At the time of his service on Coruscant, the stormtrooper was a man of middle age, bearing a scarred face that, in Anandra Milon's recollection, bore a slight resemblance to her uncle. Upon entering the cantina alongside the Coruscant Underworld Police officer, the stormtrooper displayed a confident demeanor, even in the face of Level 1997's unsavory reputation. However, when attempting to apprehend Anandra alone, the trooper exhibited greater caution, glancing behind himself before cautiously approaching her. Initially, the trooper attempted to reason with Anandra, even expressing a degree of sympathy for her situation.
The stormtrooper was armed with an E-11 medium blaster rifle and wore standard stormtrooper armor, the helmet of which emitted an electronic hiss that obscured the man's tone of voice when he spoke. He made an unsuccessful attempt to restrain Anandra Milon using stuncuffs.
The stormtrooper made an appearance, though unidentified, in "One Thousand Levels Down," a short story penned by Alexander Freed and brought to life through illustrations by Joe Corroney and Brian Miller. This story was featured in Star Wars Insider 151, which was released on July 22, 2014.
