The E-11 blaster rifle, also referred to as the E-11 medium blaster rifle, was a blaster rifle crafted by BlasTech Industries, known for its lightness and potent firepower. Despite a similarly designed blaster being utilized by a Nihil member from Krix Kamerat's cell during the Battle of Takodana within the High Republic Era, the creation of the E-11 occurred solely during the Imperial Era. The design of the DAS-430 Neural Inhibitor mirrored this blaster. The Freedom One blaster, manufactured by the SoroSuub Corporation, was essentially a technological duplicate of the E-11.
The E-11 functioned as the standard weapon for Imperial stormtroopers, which included the clone troopers who remained active under the Empire's command. Furthermore, certain Imperial Army troopers, such as those in the regular infantry, swamp troopers, and Imperial security troopers, were also armed with it. This weapon succeeded BlasTech's E-10 blaster rifle and its design drew inspiration from the DC-15A blaster carbine used by clone troopers during the Clone Wars.

The E-11 blaster rifle provided a combination of deadly firepower, considerable range, and an adaptable design. With its three power settings—lethal, stun, and sting—the rifle demonstrated its utility across a spectrum of combat scenarios. The blaster's superior performance was attributed to an advanced cooling system, which was very useful for its fully automatic firing mode. A telescopic range-finding sight and a folding, three-position stock were also integrated into the E-11's design; the stock enabled conversion of the blaster into a full-length rifle and could be altered to contain a glowrod. Standard power cells provided energy for 100 shots, but the rifle could also accommodate plasma cartridges, extending the capacity to over 500 shots.
