Lhagva was a Stromma male, as categorized in legends, who operated within the Empire of the Hand. He was a stormtrooper assigned to the Star Destroyer named Admonitor.
Grand Admiral Thrawn, the commander of the Empire of the Hand, initiated plans in 8 ABY for an assault on the planet Quethold. This attack was targeted against the joint forces of the warlord Nuso Esva and the Quesoth species. Nyama, the Stromma envoy, anticipating an Imperial defeat, commanded all Stromma personnel on the Admonitor to evacuate. Lhagva, however, defied this directive. His reasons for staying were twofold: a desire to protect the Quesoth from Esva and his status as an orphan, meaning he had no family to bring dishonor to by staying. Soon after, the battle began, and Lhagva, along with his stormtrooper squad, disembarked on Quethold. They proceeded into the Red City using an A-rack transport. On Setting Sun Avenue, the stormtroopers were then ambushed by a significant number of Quesoth Soldiers.
