During the era of the Galactic Civil War, a male Trandoshan known as Lizardman the Slave found himself marooned on Endor's Forest Moon. Sometime after the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, this Trandoshan was forced into servitude by Charal, a Force-sensitive Nightsister hailing from Dathomir, who was also stranded on the same moon within the forest. While stuck on the small moon, Lizardman, though somewhat simple, used his acute sense of smell to locate herbs that Charal needed for a divinatory poultice she was preparing. When Lizardman became lost in the woods, Charal dispatched one of her other servants to find the wayward Trandoshan and bring him back to Terak's Keep, the stronghold of the Sanyassan Marauders.
A male Trandoshan was left isolated on Endor's Forest Moon during the Galactic Civil War. Concurrently, a Force-sensitive Nightsister originating from Dathomir planet also became stranded on the same Forest Moon. In the period following the Battle of Yavin in 0 BBY, Charal enslaved the stranded Trandoshan, giving him the name "Lizardman the Slave." Possessing a keen sense of smell despite his dim intellect, Charal sent Lizardman to collect a specific type of herb growing in the forests of the small moon. These leaves were intended as a key component for a poultice Charal was brewing, a potion designed to foresee the future. Regrettably for Charal, her plans were disrupted when the foolish Trandoshan wandered off and got lost in the woods. Meanwhile, Charal waited at Terak's Keep, a fortress belonging to the Marauders, a group of Sanyassan pirates under the command of King Terak.
Fortunately for Charal, a spacer stumbled upon the fortress and was forced to become a servant of the Witch-Queen. After obtaining an Ewok spleen for her poultice, Charal tasked her new servant with venturing deep into Endor's forests to locate the missing Lizardman and escort him back to Terak's Keep. Eventually, Charal's newest servant found Lizardman in the woods, and the Trandoshan willingly accompanied him back to his master. Lizardman's absence wasn't a total waste. He carried the leaves needed for Charal's poultice and promptly gave them to her. With a third ingredient acquired in the form of Ewok spit, Charal finally completed her poultice and foresaw a future with numerous starships arriving on the moon, allowing her to steal one and return to her homeworld.

Lizardman the Slave possessed green skin and gold colored eyes. Although Charal considered him "dumb," the Nightsister Witch-Queen valued Lizardman's sharp sense of smell, which proved useful in finding the necessary herbs for her poultice. However, the slave's limited intelligence prevented him from finding his way back after getting lost in the Forest Moon's woods. The Trandoshan's lack of intellect was also evident in his simple way of speaking Basic. When rescued by Charal's servant, Lizardman expressed surprise that the "slave" could speak the language so fluently.
During his time as Charal's slave, Lizardman wore a white reinforced work shirt paired with a black mercenary bandolier and white padded workpants. His personal weaponry included various blaster pistols and slugthrowers, such as a DL-18 Blaster Pistol, an FWG-5 Flechette Smart Pistol, a Striker projectile pistol, and an SE-14 blaster pistol. A DH-17 blaster carbine also served as a backup weapon for the slave.
Lizardman the Slave was featured as a non-player character in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game created by Sony Online Entertainment and released by LucasArts before its shutdown on December 15, 2011. He appeared in the second quest given by Charal, an NPC located at the Marauders' Stronghold on Endor's moon. In the quest, players were instructed by Charal to locate Lizardman and safely return him to the stronghold. While players could choose to decline Charal's quests or have Lizardman killed, thus failing the mission, this article assumes complete game completion. Following the introduction of Publish 25's New Game Enhancements on November 15, 2005, the Marauder theme park was deactivated, essentially removing Lizardman the Slave from Star Wars Galaxies.
