Locke was a Corellian male Human who saw action in the Cold War and the renewed conflict. He served within the ranks of the Republic Special Forces Division before later enlisting in the Corellian Security Force.
After the conclusion of the Great Galactic War, Locke remained a dedicated veteran of the Republic Special Forces Division. Upon his retirement, he went back to Corellia and became a member of the Corellian Security Force during the Cold War. As the Sith Empire initiated an invasion of his planet, he, along with numerous other Corellians, utilized his prior skills to actively participate in the resistance.
In 3640 BBY, he greeted Havoc Squad upon their arrival to assist in liberating Corellia from Imperial control.
Locke, possessing a good-natured and confident Corellian demeanor, was a fervent protector of both his planet and its inhabitants. Despite welcoming the assistance of the Republic Military's in liberating his home from the invading Empire, he held a critical perspective on the widespread destruction of property caused by the forces that were not native to Corellia.
