Lokar was a Sith Lord of the male persuasion and Human species. He was a servant of the Sith Empire throughout the duration of the Cold War. Furthermore, he guided Sith Warriors to Lord Krimyn so they could obtain more specialized instruction.
Prior to its removal from the game, Lord Lokar initiated the quest titled "Advanced Training: Sith Warrior" for those playing as Sith Warriors. This mission became available after they finished the planet of Korriban within the 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic. Players could encounter him at two distinct locations: Vaiken Spacedock and the Sith Sanctum located on Dromund Kaas. At these locations, he would send players to Lord Krimyn, their Advanced Class instructor.
