Lor San Tekka's data chip, sometimes referred to as Lor San Tekka's datachip, represented the data chip in the possession of Lor San Tekka, the historian and explorer. This data chip held a fragment of a map indicating the whereabouts of Luke Skywalker, the self-exiled Jedi Master, situated on Ahch-To, during the era of the Cold War. In 34 ABY, shortly preceding his death at the hands of Kylo Ren, San Tekka entrusted the data chip to Poe Dameron, a Commander within the Resistance, with the conviction that locating Skywalker offered the sole path to re-establishing equilibrium within the Force.
