During Velin Wir's scheme to seize control of the economy of the planet Cularin in 31 BBY, LS-121 worked in the Personnel Office of the Cartel's jungle base situated on Cularin, alongside Y4-E and 3B-IR. By this time, LS-121 had been a member of the Cartel for a significant period, possessing extensive knowledge of the Cartel's staffing and task allocations. When the Cularin resistance mounted a successful assault on the jungle base, they took the base's security forces and other staff captive, leading them away before a turbolaser barrage from orbit obliterated the base.
