Magna-harpoon

The magna-harpoons represented a type of harpoon weapon that a certain criminal group employed. This group's starship was responsible for launching these harpoons into space. During 3 ABY, while this criminal organization was situated above the planet known as Jekara, Luke Skywalker happened to fly his T-65B X-wing starfighter in close proximity to their starship. Ororab, the boss of the group, desiring to capture Skywalker's T-65, instructed the ship's captain to launch a magna-harpoon at the fighter. These harpoons were subsequently fired, with one of them disabling his astromech droid, specifically R2-D2. As the harpoons began pulling Skywalker's craft toward the criminals' vessel, Darth Vader, piloting his TIE Advanced, intervened and destroyed the harpoons. Vader, who had his own designs on Skywalker, proceeded to attack and damage the criminal's starship.
