Mako (musician)
A male Human musician named Mako existed during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Following the Battle of Yavin, he became a member of a band that performed within the Bright Jewel system, playing the instrument known as the nalargon. This band consisted of two additional musicians, named Alisia and Alitra, along with two dancers, named O'choa Detera and Mestral. During this period, the band frequently provided musical performances and dance entertainment for the customers of the cantinas situated in both Tansarii Point Station and Nova Orion Station, which were two space station in proximity to the planet Ord Mantell, within the Bright Jewel system. The band was known for performing cover versions of well-known songs originating from Tatooine, such as "Mad About Me", "Dune Sea Special", and "Lapti Nek". Despite their musical talent, the band sometimes faced criticism because they did not perform their own original songs.
