Mawin

Mawin was a Cerean woman, specifically the fourth spouse of Ki-Adi Mundi and also the mother of Ki-Adi's daughter, Sylvn. The Jedi Order's rules prohibited forming close emotional bonds; however, because Cerean males were rarely born, an exception was made. Ki-Adi was permitted to wed and also continue the Cerean practice of polygamy. Mawin died in the Battle of Cerea, a conflict in the Clone Wars fought between the Republic's Grand Army and the Confederacy of Independent Systems.
