Milo Pellam, a male Human, fought for the Galactic Republic throughout the Cold War and the subsequent renewed war. Alongside Felix Iresso, he was stationed on Althir III, where both men were taken prisoner by the Sith. Darth Ouzal, a Sith Lord, attempted to transfer data from a Sith holocron directly into the minds of the two captives. While Iresso's mind successfully sequestered a repository of Sith lore, the Sith Lord's experiment drove Pellam insane. Sometime after these events, Pellam, believing it harbored Doctor Sera Fray – the person he held accountable for his mental state – obliterated a gangster's starship. Following this, he was apprehended and placed in solitary confinement on Tatooine. Ultimately, Iresso located Milo within a Tatooine prison and uncovered the reality of what had transpired.
