Sera Fray

A female scientist named Sera Fray, a Human, served the Sith Empire as an employee during the period of the Cold War that occurred between the Empire and the Galactic Republic.

Biography

Under the command of Darth Ouzal, a Sith Lord, she endeavored to replicate the data held within a Sith holocron and transfer it into the minds of two prisoners of the Republic, specifically Felix Iresso and Milo Pellam, who were captured on Althir III. The experiment proved successful in the case of Iresso, resulting in a repository of Sith knowledge being locked away within a section of his consciousness. Conversely, the experiment failed with Pellam, leading to his descent into madness. Both individuals were subsequently liberated at a later time.

Years passed, and Fray managed to escape the Empire and went into hiding. Iresso, while collaborating with the Barsen'thor of the Jedi Order, initiated a search for her after Pellam exhibited destructive behavior, including the destruction of a gangster's starship under the mistaken belief that it harbored Sera Fray. This pursuit resulted in her revealing her location to Iresso, where she explained the circumstances surrounding the experiment and requested that Iresso remove her profile from the Republic database due to the threat it posed to her safety.

Adhering to the counsel of the Barsen'thor, Felix Iresso complied by erasing her information from the Republic database and ceasing his search, thereby ensuring her continued well-being.

Behind the scenes

Sera Fray's initial appearance was in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic, released in 2011 by BioWare. She is featured as a non-playable character within Felix Iresso's companion quest, which is accessible to Jedi Consulars.

The player is presented with a choice to advise Felix to either erase her from the Republic databases, which grants light side points, or to jeopardize her safety as an act of revenge, resulting in dark side points.
