Minst

In the initial phases of the Galactic War, General Minst found himself positioned at the decommissioned reactor core nestled within the subterranean sewer system of the planet Taris. In this location, he supervised the treatment of materials for Project Siantide. This project involved subjecting the remains of organisms imprisoned during the Destruction of Taris to radiation emanating from the station, resulting in the creation of an exceptionally potent energy source. When [Darth Baras]'s](/article/darth_baras) apprentice stormed the facility and eliminated a substantial number of Minst's soldiers, the General deployed a decoy grunt to impersonate him. He then initiated the reactor's self-destruction sequence, seeking refuge in a fortified chamber. Nevertheless, the decoy faltered following the massacre of his fellow soldiers, leading to his swift demise at the hands of the Sith Warrior. Subsequently, the Warrior successfully breached Minst's sanctuary just prior to the reactor's explosion. Narrowly avoiding immolation, Minst boasted that the Sith had failed to replicate Project: Siantide. However, the Sith, uninterested in Siantide, proceeded to kill both Minst and his assistant.
