Mirgoshirax

Mirgoshirax was a planet-like body used for observing the stars. After the Scourge's initial emergence, a rogue artificial intelligence that corrupted droids, the Sith Lord known as Darth Vader journeyed to Mirgoshirax. He had intentionally infected himself with the Scourge, containing it within a closed loop in his suit. At a base located on Mirgoshirax, Vader researched the Scourge, trying to gain control over the corrupted droids. Imperial forces from the Galactic Empire engaged Vader because of his assault on Emperor Palpatine, but Vader used the Force, channeling it through the Scourge-corrupted droids' visions, to overcome them. The Scourge also sent its own forces to Mirgoshirax, hoping to compel Vader to submit to its will, but the Sith was successful in eliminating the Scourge-controlled droids.
