Miser

Miser, the Bespin system's closest planet to its star, was the location where resources were mined to construct Cloud City. This city existed within the habitable atmosphere of Bespin, the gas giant. As a result of the Iron Blockade, mynocks overran the planet, and the Ugnaughts started paying a reward for each dead one.
