Mission to Anukara

A specific operation was carried out by Seyn Marana together with Sadori Vushan who were both members of the Dreamers. The objective of the operation was to detonate explosives at an Imperial munitions factory located on the planet Anukara. The timing of the operation was designed to coincide with the factory's grand opening event, where notable figures such as Moff Rys Deksha, General Ivel Toshan, and a large group consisting of hundreds of Imperial student teenagers were expected to be present. Seyn and Sadori gained entry to the tour by disguising themselves as students and using falsified identification, with the intention of destroying the facility from within.

The Dreamers became aware of the event through information that Lux Bonteri, serving as the Dreamers' "Mentor," had acquired from his stepdaughter. After discovering that a substantial number of civilian students would be present, Staven, Sadori, along with other individuals within the Dreamers, considered the students to be a valid target, arguing that they would eventually contribute to the Empire's strength. Bonteri voiced strong opposition to harming civilians, especially children. Despite his objections, the decision was made to proceed with the mission, with the intention of eliminating both the Imperial officials and the attending children.

Inferno Squad's leader, ISB Admiral Garrick Versio, had informed the Squad that they might need to inflict harm upon Imperial individuals, including civilians, to effectively infiltrate the Dreamers. However, Seyn developed a connection with Anice, and her moral compass prevented her and Sadori from carrying out the act of killing the children.

As the tour neared its conclusion, Sadori and Seyn were tasked with planting a bomb to obliterate the factory, setting the timer for a duration of five minutes. Seyn secretly adjusted the timer to 20 minutes, providing the students with ample time to evacuate and survive, while still ensuring the factory's destruction. As the students, including Sadori and Seyn, were departing, Sadori realized that something was amiss, as the bomb had not detonated. Sadori made the ultimate sacrifice by detonating an explosive device on his person within the factory, completing their mission. Seyn pleaded with him to reconsider, even kissing the young man who had developed feelings for her, but he proceeded with his action and died to ensure the mission's success.

Seyn later contemplated whether it was more devastating that Sadori had perished, or that he had died while attempting to ensure the deaths of four hundred students alongside him.
