However, his true intention was to eradicate Arcona and seize their ionite mines situated on Bandomeer. He manipulated Obi-Wan Kenobi, instilling doubts about his potential as Jinn's Padawan. Subsequently, he orchestrated Kenobi's descent into a mining platform via a concealed trapdoor. With Kenobi's assistance, Jinn successfully foiled Xanatos's scheme by deactivating the explosive charges, thereby ensuring the safety of the planet.
