In the year 14 BBY, subsequent to their Bogano mission, the group aboard the Mantis embarked upon a quest to the world of Zeffo. This journey was part of a more extensive covert operation aimed at the restoration of the Jedi Order.
Following their expedition to the world Bogano, the crew of the Mantis welcomed a new addition: the BD unit droid known as BD-1. During their time on Bogano, Eno Cordova, a Jedi Master, assigned Cal Kestis, a Jedi Padawan, a mission: to travel to Zeffo, the homeland of the Zeffonians.
