Mistryl Safehouse

The Mistryl Safehouse stood just outside Theed, a town situated on Naboo, a planet in the Mid Rim. This structure served as a secure base of operations for the Mistryl Shadow Guard, a group of hired soldiers. Within the safehouse, mercenaries hailing from Emberlene had created a memorial shrine. This shrine allowed them to remember their home planet and present offerings. Like other Emberlene shrines, it contained Emberlene Essence, a substance designed to evoke memories of the Mistryl's homeworld's dense forests. At this location, a number of slicers were employed by the Mistryl. The safehouse itself was defended by heavily armed Mistryl Skirmishers and Mistryl Assault Troopers.

In the year 1 ABY, a mercenary working for the Azure Cabal managed to infiltrate the safehouse. He proceeded to steal a bottle of Emberlene Essence from the memorial shrine. Subsequently, this essence was used during an assault on the Cult of M'dweshuu, with the intention of falsely attributing the attack to the Mistryl.

Behind the scenes

The Mistryl Safehouse appeared as a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts before its servers were shut down on December 15, 2011. The Mistryl Safehouse was integrated into the game through the Azure Cabal questline, which was part of the "Chapter 6" update, released on May 22, 2007.

This building was situated near Theed, close to the border of the city's no-build zone, which prevents players from constructing their own structures. The structure itself was a standard Naboo building, specifically the "Medium Naboo House," a type of building players could also craft and own.
