Moon Twelve was the designation that Monia Gahan employed when referencing the twelfth moon orbiting Ralltiir. This celestial body, one of the world's total of twenty-eight moons, possessed a surface composed of rock. On this surface, the military forces serving Darth Krayt's Galactic Empire had constructed an ion cannon by the year 137 ABY. During that same year, the Coruscant Third Fleet commanded by Krayt was attacked above Ralltiir. The attackers consisted of the combined fleets belonging to both the Empire-in-exile and the Galactic Alliance Remnant. This battle witnessed Gahan and Andurgo, both accomplished pilots within the renowned Rogue Squadron, successfully obliterate the ion cannon situated on the moon before a protective force field could be activated.
