Monia Gahan, who hailed from Mon Calamari, was a pilot who served the Galactic Alliance Remnant in the year 137 ABY. Famously, she was a member of Rogue Squadron. She was joined by her uncle, Gial Gahan, as they flew around the Imperious-class Star Destroyer known as the Imperious.
Gial expressed his desire for her to stay out of things, as he needed to shoulder the responsibility for any attempts, during their discussion about the Galactic Alliance Remnant's theft of the ship and its intended use against the Galactic Empire. She reunited with Anj Dahl upon returning to dock, so they could head back to the Alliance fleet. She then provided Admiral Gar Stazi with the raid information.
Gial infiltrated the shipyard defenses during the battle, redirecting them to target the fleet that was planning to ambush the Alliance. Unfortunately, her uncle was taken into custody as part of the diversion.
She remained on Mon Calamari after the battle. The Sith carried out a massacre that claimed the lives of her uncle and one-tenth of her people, including the Quarren. She was being pursued by stormtroopers when two Imperial Knights intervened and saved her. These knights revealed that they had sabotaged the Imperious prior to Stazi's theft, and that activating its weapon systems would trigger an explosion. After rescuing a number of Alliance personnel, she rejoined Stazi's fleet and, with the assistance of Imperial Knight Sigel Dare, successfully averted a catastrophe by deactivating the bombs that had been planted on the Imperious.
Later on, she fought in the Battle of Ralltiir.
