Morfizo, a Moragan with light skin, yellow eyes, resided on the planet of Moraga not long after the Clone Wars concluded, following the end of that conflict. When Caleb Dume, the one-time Jedi padawan, arrived on Moraga aboard his starship, the Escape, Morfizo was there to meet him as he disembarked, inquiring about his name. Wishing to shed his former identity as a Jedi, Dume introduced himself to Morfizo as Kanan Jarrus, a designation he would utilize for numerous years to come.
Subsequently, fifteen years later, the Empire apprehended Morfizo for his involvement with a rebel group, prompting a communication to Kanan in the hopes of a rescue. Kanan saved Morfizo from Rae Sloane, relocating him, along with his spouse, Morfizia, and their entire family, to a fresh residence on Kaller.
Morfizo's initial appearance was in the fifth edition of Star Wars: Kanan, a comic book series that debuted in 2015. Greg Weisman penned the issue, while Pepe Larraz provided the artwork.
