Mountain Clan
The Mountain Clan represented a witch clan that existed within the mountainous regions of the Outer Rim Territories planet Dathomir throughout the Clone Wars era. When the Nightsisters faced a devastating massacre orchestrated by the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the clan was governed by a matron that provided refuge for the Nightsister orphan, Morgan Elsbeth during this time.
Society and culture
In comparison to the Nightsisters, the Mountain Clan adopted a less aggressive and more peaceful approach. Their philosophy involved avoiding conflict and engaging in combat solely for self-preservation. Diverging from the practices of the Nightsisters, the Mountain Clan did not revere or manipulate the Dark side of the Force.
